How do I submit questions to shows (or) call during a live show?
Email your question, name and phone number to Korey at kcoolmanz@gmail.com. Please title the subject of the email with “Question for Live Show”. When receiving a call from Korey, please lower the volume of the stream as this can cause an echo.
I purchased a video but don’t have access to it.
Make sure the video shows under your purchased videos in “My Account”. If it is listed, try logging out and logging back in. Sometimes your web browser “caches”… If you’ve tried this workaround and are still having issues, you may contact us at kcoolmanz@gmail.com.
I can’t log in to my account.
Make sure you’re using the “username” you’ve signed up with. Your email address or full name will not work. If you still can’t log-in reset your password here. If you’ve tried all of these things contact us at kcoolmanz@gmail.com.
I want/need to reset my password.

Your username cannot be changed, but you can change your publicly displayed name to anything you’d like here.
