SEXY BEASTS – Audio Review
Hoping to say goodbye to superficial dating, real-life singles sport elaborate makeup and prosthetics to put true blind-date chemistry to the test.
Most people would want to look their best when meeting potential dates for the first time because there’s nothing like love at first sight, right? Not for the people participating on `Sexy Beasts’, who seem to be more concerned with personality than how a potential mate looks. The daters are all transformed into animals and other creatures through the use of prosthetics and remain in those costumes throughout the dates. After the featured dater makes his or her selection, the costumes are finally removed. It’s at that point that the dater gets to see whether the choice they made based on personality matches up with the choice they would have made based on looks if they were able to see the others during the dates.
