Terrence Howard May Be Bat-Shit Crazy…Like For Real

Just to warn you, after reading this article or the entire Rolling Stone interview that inspired it, you will never look at ‘Empire’ star Terrence Howard the same way again. As I just mentioned Howard recently sat down with Rolling Stone for what can only be described as one of the most bizarre celebrity interviews, maybe ever. So let me not waste your time, here are some the most jaw-dropping, WTF quotes from that interview.

• “This is the last century that our children will ever have been taught that one times one is one. They won’t have to grow up in ignorance. Twenty years from now, they’ll know that one times one equals two.”

So apparently Howard moonlights as a mathematician. He has a belief that the universe does not want us doing math this way, that’s the wrong way! Howard wants you to know your math skills are garbage. He also came up with his own language called Terryology, which he went to great lengths to keep secret because of patent issues.

• [After being maced]“…you can’t see anything so all you can do is try to bat somebody away, and I think that something caught her. But I wasn’t trying to hit her.”

That quote was regarding the time Howard allegedly gave his second wife, Michelle Ghent, a black eye on a vacation in Costa Rica where she supposedly maced him. He was asked about another violent altercation he got into with a couple at a restaurant and said he was “acting is self-defense.”

One of the oddest moments of the interview was with Howard’s current wife, Mira Pak, who according to the interviewer seemed like a happy, caring wife, just as Howard appeared to be a caring husband. In reality though, the two separated and filed for divorce months ago. After hearing her candid quotes I’m surprised the two lasted as long as they did.

• I mean, he’s not perfect. Doesn’t do the dishes. Doesn’t cook. Doesn’t lift a finger. I probably leave him 30 times a month. He’s so selfish. But, you know, he didn’t have much of a childhood. It was difficult for him being picked on and bullied all the time. We don’t have a normal life. In our two years together, I’ve only gone to restaurants with him two or three times. We’ve never been to the supermarket together. We’ve never been to the movies. I’ve never gotten a gift from him. Never, never. And then every minute that he has free, it’s to do this. I help him, cutting, drawing and putting things together. I’ve developed a slight form of agoraphobia lately. I never go out. I have no friends here. I feel like Rapunzel, you know, stuck in a penthouse with my baby.”

The cutting Pak is referring to is that of Howard’s plastic shapes. Howard made Pak help him cut random shapes out of plastic for 17 hours. Howard said:

• “The proof is in these pieces…I have created the pieces that make up the motion of the universe. We work on them about 17 hours a day. She cuts and puts on the crystals. I do the main work of soldering them together. They tell the truth from within.”

If you ever wondered if Terrence Howard was indeed bat-shit crazy, well there you go and believe it or not thats just the REALLY odd stuff. The whole interview is pretty crazy. I’m not sure how the public will react to this and how it might affect Howard but one things for sure, you couldn’t make up anything this good.
