Joel McHale says ‘Community’ is Cancelled? – The Daily Double Talk

Is it me or is Joel McHale becoming one of the biggest trolls in Hollywood–this motherfucker–let me collect myself…OK, so here’s the story Community’s (and E!’s The Soup) Joel McHale in an interview with Metroweekly McHale was quoted as saying:
“[A]ll of our contracts were up after six years,” he said. “All the actors on the show, almost without exception – their stock has risen significantly and it’s out of the pay rate that is affordable to make the show. So you’re not going to be able to get Alison Brie or Gillian Jacobs at a normal television salary anymore. There is just not enough money to be able to pay for the show.”
Damn way to ruin my fucking day there McHale, you mean to tell me you couldn’t of sugarcoated that in any way shape or form. This only hurts so much because, personally, I’m a huge fan of Community, I consider it one of my favorite shows EVER especially the first four seasons (seeing how those are the only seasons I’ve seen). Now granted if you thought the statement before was a little too…blunt. McHale did tell Esquire that he and his crew were up and game for a Community movie so wipe those tears from your eyes you’ll get something, right? Hopefully it won’t be another Entourage the Movie but at least–wait, what’s that? Joel McHale sent out another tweet that said Community wasn’t cancelled after all? What the hell is going on here?! Apparently apparently Mikael sent out a tweet Tuesday afternoon which he said “Easy sugar-bear Community is not canceled #QuestiomarkSeasonsandamovie.” So hell, I don’t know, maybe we’ll get another season of community maybe not but one things for sure if you ask Joel McHale you’ll never get a straight answer.
